<div>Phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequences of the bacterial endophyte LBG-1-13. Sequences were aligned through “Clustal W” using MEGA 7 software. Phylogenetic tree was constructed using Maximum Likelihood method. Bootstrap values are shown as percentages of 1000 replicates; values below 50% are not indicated. <i>Margalitia shackletonii LMG</i>18435 (LJJC01000006) was used as an outgroup.</div>
