Effect of EGCG on H2O2-induced change in the [Ca2+]i levels. Lymphocytes () were treated with EGCG (0, 22.5, 45, and 90 μM) for 6 h first and then cultured in media with (model) or without (normal control) H2O2 (80 μM) for an additional 4 h. Afterward, the cells were incubated with Fluo3/AM ([Ca2+]i probe), and Fluo-3/AM fluorescence was measured by FCM.
