IKK<i>β</i> Inhibitor IMD-0354 Attenuates Radiation Damage in Whole-body X-Irradiated Mice

<div>The body weight and ratio of spleen weight to body weight in X-irradiated mice administered IMD-0354. Changes in the body weight (a) and the ratio of spleen weight to body weight (b) collected from 7 Gy X-irradiated mice in the IMD-0354-treated and untreated groups were shown. Spleens were collected from mice on days 4, 8, and 18 after X-irradiation, and the weight was measured, and the value divided by the mouse body weight.
