ROS Reduction Does Not Decrease the Anticancer Efficacy of X-Ray in Two Breast Cancer Cell Lines

The anticancer effects of X-rays on MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells were not reversed by the ROS scavenger NAC or 1 T static magnetic field. The relative cellular ROS level (a, d), relative cell number (b, e), and relative dead cell number (c, f) were measured for MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells treated with or without NAC, 1 T SMF, and X-rays.
