Gallic acid (AUC254nm = 624.40 [GA] + 17.25), myricetin (AUC254nm = 132.90 [MYR] + 26.34), and quercetin (AUC375nm = 1110.10 [QUER] − 36.42) were quantified by HPLC-UV. The retention times for those peaks used for quantitation purposes for each compound were previously identified by MS/MS as shown in Figure 3. Results are reported per mg of PESc and correspond to the mean ± SD from three different batches.
