Growth-arrested HUVECs were treated with vialinin A (5 μM) ± VEGF 10 ng/mL for 24 h. Angiogenic cytokines and chemokines were determined in the culture media using a human angiogenesis/growth factor magnetic bead panel kit from Millipore according to the manufacturer’s instructions using the Milliplex system. Data shown in pg/mL analyzed by xPONENT software. Values are the mean ± SD (). and compared to untreated control and ## compared to VEGF treated.
