Oleic Acid and Hydroxytyrosol Inhibit Cholesterol and Fatty Acid Synthesis in C6 Glioma Cells

<div>Effect of oleic acid and/or hydroxytyrosol on C6 cell viability. C6 cells were incubated for 4 h with 25 <i>μ</i>M, 50 <i>μ</i>M, and 100 <i>μ</i>M OA, HTyr, or their combination in serum-rich medium. Cell viability was estimated by an MTT assay.
