<div>Maximum likelihood tree based on the 16S rRNA gene of uncultured algal bloom sequences (1500 bp) (sequences from other species were retrieved from GenBank). The coloured dots are the data from this study. The uncultured archaeon clone (JQ989431.1) was used as an out-group. 1000 bootstrap replications test was used to determine the nodes’ robustness.</div>
