Renal function in db/db mice. The TNTL (TNTL-h, m, l = 3.6 g, 1.8 and 0.9 g/kg b.w., resp.) administration resulted in reduced plasma levels of BUN (a) and CRE (b), compared to the model group. The TNTL groups (3.6 g/kg) have significant reductions in levels of BUN (a) and CRE (b), compared to Met group.
