Immobilization using electropolymerization with m-phenylenediamine. Measurement condition: input potential −0.2 V (versus Ag/AgCl); 0.1 M phosphate buffer (pH 7.5); measured with SPCE/RhO₂/GOx; analysis in a batch arrangement; time of electropolymerization 1–1 min, 2–10 min, 3–5 min, 4–0.5 min, 5–5 min with addition of 1 mg GOx to electropolymerization mixture, and 6–20 min.
