A Sensitive Method for Detecting <i>Beauveria bassiana</i>, an Insecticidal Biocontrol Agent, Population Dynamics, and Stability in Different Substrates

<div>Stability of different number spores of <i>B. bassiana</i> DNA on cabbage leaves surface at 28°C as determined by qRT-PCR. Three technical replicates were used for each sample, and the experiment was repeated twice.
