A Sensitive Method for Detecting <i>Beauveria bassiana</i>, an Insecticidal Biocontrol Agent, Population Dynamics, and Stability in Different Substrates

<div>Stability of <i>B. bassiana</i> DNA in soil at 28°C. The stability of <i>B. bassiana</i> DNA was determined by qRT-PCR. Three technical replicates were used for each sample, and the experiment was repeated twice.
