The survival curves of percent survival in different datasets based on the expression level of PLEKHA4. Patients with high PLEKHA4 expression had significantly shorter OS, DSS, and PFI than those with low PLEKHA4 expression in all gliomas (a–c) (703 cases) and LGG (d–f) (529 cases) () in TCGA. But TCGA database had no statistical significance in GBM (g–i) (174 cases) (). (j–l) Survival curve of differential PLEKHA4 expression were analyzed in validation set from GEPIA database.
