Rank abundance curve of bacterial OTUs derived from two groups. The Rarefaction curves use the relative proportion of various OTUs known in the measured sequence to calculate the expected value of each alpha index when tags ( is less than the total number of measured reads sequences) are extracted and then draw the curve according to the expected value of a group of values (generally a group of equal difference series less than the total number of sequences, and the common deviation of this project is 500) and their corresponding alpha index.
