Astaxanthin Enhances Gingival Wound Healing following High Glucose-Induced Oxidative Stress

<div>(a) ROS levels were negatively correlated with increasing glucose concentrations, whereas growth rate and cell viability decreased due to intracellular oxidative stress. Oxidative stress in ASTX-treated cells was compatible with the 25 mM HG group, indicating a significant recovery in ROS levels. (b) Growth rate and (c) cell viability were significantly increased following ASTX treatment.
