Overexpression of miR-127 suppressed cell proliferation and induced apoptosis in melanoma cells. (a) The transfection efficacy was investigated in SK-MEL-2 and WM35 cells transfected with miR-127 or miR-NC by qRT-PCR. (b) Cell proliferation was measured in SK-MEL-2 and WM35 cells transfected with miR-127 or miR-NC by MTT assay.
