Wubeizi Ointment Suppresses Keloid Formation through Modulation of the mTOR Pathway

<div>The inhibitory effect of Wubeizi ointment on the expression in keloid tissues. After 30 days of Wubeizi ointment treatment, mice were sacrificed, and the keloid tissues were disassociated. The expression of p-PI3K, PTEN, p-Akt, and p-mTOR in keloid tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Representative pictures are shown (×200). The MOD was quantified with the Image Pro-Plus image analysis system.
