The syntenic region includes six genes (G1 to G6) coding for large and small subunits of acetolactate synthase (G1 and G2), dihydroxy-acid dehydratase (G3), lysine 2,3-aminomutase (LAM) encoded by the gene kamA, a member of the radical SAM superfamily (G4), tRNA-Val (G5), and a response regulator (G6). Nonorthologous genes G0 and G0′ code for phytoene desaturase and DUF401 domain-containing protein, respectively. LP and RP are potential promoters.
