Isorhamnetin Induces Melanoma Cell Apoptosis via the PI3K/Akt and NF-<i>κ</i>B Pathways

<div>Effect of isorhamnetin on B16F10 cell migration. (a) Cells were seeded into 6-well plate and scraped with a pipette tip. After incubated with 0-100 <i>μ</i>mol/L IH for 12 h and 24 h, photographs were taken. (b) The statistical analysis was made according to the gap area compared with 0 h. IH dose-dependent and time-dependent inhibitive effects on B16F10 cell migration were observed in wound healing assay.
