(b, c) NMDS plot, the distance was calculated between the samples based on dissimilarity in OTU composition using the Unweighted Unifrac dissimilarity index. Each point represents a sample and a closer distance between two points infers a higher similarity between them. Moreover, the points of different colors belong to different groups.
