Effects of siRNA-FcgRs on inflammation and fibrosis in GMCs. GMCs transfected with siRNAs targeting FcgRI, FcgRIIb or FcgRIII were cultured with normal glucose (5 mmol/l), high glucose (25 mmol/l), oxLDL-IC, or high glucose combined with oxLDL-IC. The mRNA expressions of TNF-α (a) and TGF-β (b) were measured by real-time PCR.
