Evaluation of the Biocontrol Potential of Endophytic Fungus <i>Fusarium solani</i> CEF559 against <i>Verticillium dahliae</i> in Cotton Plant

<div>Effect of <i>Fusarium solani</i> CEF559 on relative expression levels of four pathogenesis-related (PR) genes in cotton roots after inoculation with <i>Verticillium dahliae</i> using quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR). Data are means of three replicate experiments in greenhouse assay. Vertical bars represent standard errors of means. Comparisons of gene expression among treatments were conducted using a Tukey’s HSD test (SPSS, v 20.0).
