Case presentation of a 4-month-old child who had received oral propranolol for 5 days and withdrew the treatment owing to agitation and decreased total sleep time which occurred on day 0. Then the child was treated with atenolol and no AE happened. Informed consent for the publication was obtained. (a) Day 0 of treatment with propranolol. (b) 2 months after atenolol initiation.
