Tumor Suppressive Function of NQO1 in Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) Cells

<div>Effect of dicoumarol, NQO1 inhibitor, on cell growth and colony forming activity. (a) Cells were treated with dicoumarol at the indicated concentration for 24 h. Cell growth was measured by MTT assay. Dicoumarol significantly increased the cell growth. Data are expressed as percentage of control.
