Mechanism and Prevention of Dynamic Disasters in Geotechnical Engineering
Description
The mechanism and prevention of dynamic disasters in geotechnical engineering are about how to understand the dynamic mechanism of common dynamic disasters involved in geotechnical engineering, and on the basis of ascertaining the dynamic mechanical properties and constitutive relationships of rock and soil under dynamic conditions such as earthquake, mechanical vibration and rock rupture, how to reveal the failure mode and evolution law of engineering under external dynamic conditions, and to understand the prediction, monitoring, early warning and prevention of dynamic geological disasters such as rock burst, pressure bumping and gas outburst in geotechnical engineering.
The common dynamic geological disasters in geotechnical engineering, including earthquake geological disasters, artificial disturbance induced disasters, rock burst, pressure bumping, gas outburst and so on, often bring serious consequences to traffic, energy exploitation, underground space development and utilization, seriously restrict the development of engineering construction, have attracted increasing social attention, become one of the major problems that must be faced and solved.
This Special Issue aims to provide a communication platform for scholars in the field of dynamic disasters in geotechnical engineering to display achievements and expand contacts, and improve the research level in this aspect, and further improve the ability of disaster prevention to reduce the loss caused by dynamic geological disasters.
