Optimization of Fermentation Conditions and Media for Production of Glucose Isomerase from <i>Bacillus megaterium</i> Using Response Surface Methodology

<div>Growth curve of <i>Bacillus megaterium</i> in enriched medium. The bacteria reached the maximal value after 22 hours of inoculation in enriched medium. Therefore, we chose that time point (22 hours) for bacterial inoculation in induction medium to obtain the highest amount of viable bacteria.</div>
