<div>MSC infusions inhibited the inflammatory response in psoriatic mice. (a) Relative gene expression of proinflammatory cytokines (IL-17, IL-23, IL-1<i>β</i>, and IL-6), anti-inflammatory cytokine (IL-10), and keratinocyte differentiation makers (S100A7, S100A8, and S100A9) in the mouse back skin after MSC infusion.
