Clinical Observation of Employment of Umbilical Cord Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell for Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis Therapy

UC-MSC treatment and evaluation procedure. All the 10 patients received infusion with 4 × 10⁷/40 mL MSCs. After 3 months, DAS28 value was measured and peripheral blood of each patient was obtained for WBC, ESR, CRP, Tregs, IL-6, and TNF-α measurement. The patients were given the second cell infusion later, and the second measurement was done three months later. Follow-up studies were carried out for 1 year and 2 years.
