Right breast mediolateral oblique and craniocaudal mammograms ((a) and (b)) demonstrate round masses with radiolucent centers at the site of palpable finding (arrow). Ultrasound of the right breast (c) at site of palpable finding demonstrate two hypoechoic round masses with central echogenicity with associated posterior acoustic shadowing. Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E, 200x) slide (d) shows fibrous areas around excision cavity with mixed chronic inflammatory cells, foamy histiocytes, and occasional giant cells.
