ROFA instillation-induced lung mechanics alterations: after both five (ROFA-5d) and fifteen instillations (ROFA-15d), mice presented an increase in the percentage of respiratory system resistance (%Rrs) and elastance (%Ers) as well as in lung tissue impedance (%Htis) and lung tissue resistance (%Gtis) compared to control that received only saline. p<0.05 compared to saline (SAL group).
