Antidyskinetic Treatment with MTEP Affects Multiple Molecular Pathways in the Parkinsonian Striatum

Striatal prodynorphin and proenkephalin mRNA expression levels were determined by real-time PCR. Increased levels of the two genes were found in LID rats.
