Effects of acute administration of SR141716A (0.5, 1, and 3 mg/kg), i.p. 30 minutes before the second session of forced swim test on 6-OHDA-treated rats. Results are expressed as mean immobility time ± SEM in comparison to sham controls. Statistical analysis was performed by one-way ANOVA followed by Newman-Keuls post hoc test. *P ≤  .05 compared to the sham group (𝑛 = 8 per group).
