For the gel activity staining, data are expressed as the mean ± SD ( different preparations from 4 different animals). For the GPX activity assessed by spectrophotometry (see Materials and Methods), data corresponds to mean ± SD of 6 different preparations from 6 different animals. compared to the control group and compared to the SF group.
