NF-κB/JWA/ARL6ip5 signaling pathway in PD. Both DNA damage and abnormal activation of the known mediator of tissue damage and inflammation NF-κB have been implicated in oxidative damage. The ARL6ip5 downregulates IKKβ expression inhibiting NF-κB signaling pathway activation.
