(b) Effect of JSH-23 on aNPC differentiation in WT and tg cultures. 3 μM JSH did counteract enhanced neuronal differentiation (; ANOVA) and reduced NG2⁺ cell number (; ANOVA) in tg cultures, with no effect on WT aNPC.
