<p><i>Acetazolamide treatment prevents AQP4 reorganization in human astrocytes</i>. Astrocytes were treated with (a) vehicle or (b) acetazolamide (0.45 <i>μ</i>m) at the onset of OGD. At 48 hours, astrocytes were fixed and subjected to APQ4 immunocytochemistry (n=3/group, 3 independent experiments).</p>
