Interleukin-7 Resensitizes Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer to Cisplatin via Inhibition of ABCG2

Treatment of IL-7 in vivo restored the DDP sensitivity of tumors in mice. The xenograft tumor resistant to DDP was established by injection of A549/DDP into the nude mice. Subsequently, the mice were treated with IL-7 (2 μg/injection, twice a week) and DDP (5 mg/kg, twice a week).
