Etanercept (ETN; 4 mg/kg) was administered subcutaneously twice a week for 4 weeks, and tacrolimus (TAC; 3 mg/kg) was administered orally once daily for 4 weeks. Relative amounts of serum ADAs against etanercept were measured at the end of the dosing period by ELISA. Data are representative of two independent experiments and are presented as of five animals per group. compared with the vehicle group (Steel’s test). |
