GLP-1 Analogue Liraglutide Enhances SP-A Expression in LPS-Induced Acute Lung Injury through the TTF-1 Signaling Pathway

<div>The expression of TTF-1 was inhibited after shRNA-TTF-1 transfection in the lung. Mice were transfected with shRNA-TTF-1 or shRNA-scrambled by intratracheal injection. Seventy-two hours after transfection, the expression of TTF-1 was measured. (a) After 72 h of transfection, mice were sacrificed and their right lower lungs were fixed.
