Cannabinoid Receptor 2 Modulates Neutrophil Recruitment in a Murine Model of Endotoxemia

Table 2

Chemokine and receptor mRNA expression in spleens of wild-type and CB2 knockout mice. Male C57BL/6J mice (8–10 weeks old) were administered with 1 mg/kg LPS for 2 hours and were sacrificed to harvest spleens. The tissues were homogenised, RNA was extracted and reverse transcribed to cDNA. Pooled cDNA from 9 wild-type or CB2 knockout mice was used in murine chemokine and receptor PCR arrays. Data are normalised to endogenous Gapdh levels and presented as 2^(−ΔCt).
