HGF receptor antagonist suppresses COX-2 expression and PGE2 production in RAW 264.7 cells in response to apoptotic cells. RAW 264.7 cells were pretreated with PHA-665752 (1 or 10 μM), c-Met antibody (10 μg/mL), or IgG (10 μg/mL) for 1 h and then stimulated with apoptotic Jurkat cells (ApoJ) for the times indicated.
