Changes of inflammatory mediators in the basilar arteries as determined by ELISA in control group (), SAH group (), SAH + vehicle group (), and SAH + melatonin group (). SAH could induce the significantly increased concentrations of IL-1, TNF- and IL-6 in rabbit vascular tissue.
