Cross-tabulation results for the Filariasis CELISA comparing reactivity from paired filter paper samples following 10-month storage at °C. Following storage of filter paper samples for 10 months, the reactivity of the samples reduced (). Sixty-seven samples became nonreactive following storage dropping the sensitivity to 34% (95%-CI 25–44) and the negative predictive value (NPV) to 60% (95%-CI 52–67). Specificity (100%) and the positive predictive value (PPV) (100%) remained unchanged following storage (95%-CI 96–100 and 95%-CI 90–100 resp.).
