(b) At 1 month after surgery, a thick EIFL persists over the outer nuclear layer. (c) At 12 months after surgery, the EIFL persists, although significant thinning has occurred. Visual acuity changed from 0.39 logMAR to 0.1 logMAR at 12 months after ERM surgery.
