Effects of A. baumannii OMV immunization in vivo. (a) The process of OMV immunization and spleen extraction for the following related analysis. OMVs and adjuvant control were injected intramuscularly once a week for three weeks, and then, the mice were sacrificed for related analysis three days after the last immunization.
