Workflow of linear fitting of LPS-mediated cytokine secretion and degranulation. A novel approach based on linear fitting was used to find linear relationship between short-time series of secreted cytokines and similar pattern to degranulation markers present at the plasma membrane. After importing data into R statistical software, all ratio values between LPS-stimulated and nonstimulated control conditions were normalized and treated as mentioned in Section 2.
