Temporal pattern of degranulation upon LPS stimulation in human neutrophils. Translocation of degranulation markers to the plasma membrane was assessed using flow cytometry after cell treatment with 100 ng/mL LPS for 0 h, 2 h, 4 h, 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h. Sytox Blue negative cells were gated to exclude dead cells from the analysis. Results are expressed in mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of LPS-stimulated cells and nonstimulated control ± SEM of at least 3 independent experiments, significantly different from nonstimulated control at the same time point: , , , and .
