LPS is dissolved in sterile 0.9% saline at a concentration of 2 μg/µL. Regasepin 2 was dissolved in sterile 0.9% saline at a concentration of 7 mg/mL. Peptide is dissolved in sterile 0.9% saline at a concentration of 17.7 mg/mL for the experiment in Figure 1(a), 5.9 mg/mL for Figure 1(b), and 1.97 mg/mL for Figure 1(c).
