Effect of CdCl2 on p53 and protein expression. HepG2 homogenated proteins (50 μg/lane) were separated on 12% gels or 10% gels, transferred onto nitrocellulose membrane, and probed for or p53 protein expression, respectively. Representative Western blots are shown. Parallel gels stained with Coomassie Blue G250 for equal protein loading evaluation were performed.
