Efficacy of Levofloxacin Based Triple and High-Dose PPI-Amoxicillin Dual Eradication Therapy for <i>Helicobacter pylori</i> after Failures of First- and Second-Line Therapies

Enrolled patients were randomly assigned to either the RAL group, RPZ 10 mg (b.i.d.), AMPC 750 mg (b.i.d.), and LVFX 500 mg (o.d.) for 10 days, or the RA group, RPZ 10 mg (q.i.d.) and AMPC 500 mg (q.i.d). Patients who failed to respond to third-line eradication therapy underwent salvage therapy.</div>
